How to find Wifi in Havana

While traveling, it’s important to touch base with your mom upon arrival. While you can spend the extra money and buy the international plan with your phone company, if you feel like roughing it with a basic wifi connection here’s how:

1) ask any local along the street for a store that sells una tarjeta de wifi.

2) locate said store and purchase the ticket

3) walk along the main beach front drag and look for an antenna

4) enter your passcode

Wifi runs for 3 pesos each hour. If you disconnect after ten minutes, explains the locals in the store, you will have 50 left! As simple as that!
